Experience

I've completed extensive training with Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy, a school certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) for highest standards in the profession. My background in Art Therapy, Psychology, and a BFA in Art Education supports this training. 

I'm also a Reiki Master, Full spectrum healer, Herbalist & Intuitive Empath.
