60 minute Full Spectrum Healing

Service Description

A great way to continue healing by deepening relaxation, and navigating physical and emotion pain, such as grief, loss, relationships, and stress. Together we will identify and apply treatments that will benefit your specific concerns. A treatment feels like a wonderful warm hug that flows through and around you. Full spectrum healing is a hands-on treatment that helps the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit. A session may have many beneficial effects that include relaxation, releasing stuck emotions and energy, and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
